This promotion is only for new clients of Valine Law, PLLC. The code provided is unique and single use. To redeem the promotion, a proper and valid name, phone number, and email address must be provided. The person accepting the promotion must have the power to bind the company represented.

Thirty-minute consultation. The consultation is subject to availability and scheduling of Valine Law. The hours available for consultation are typically 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Exceptions outside of that window are at the discretion of Valine Law. Your discussions are privileged, however no attorney-client relationship exists until an agreement is signed by you and Valine Law. Consultation extending beyond the 30 minute period will be billed at the then-current Firm billing rate.

Registered agent service. Registered agent service will be provided for the remainder of 2021 and the calendar year of 2022. If, as of January 1st of 2022, you are a retained client of Valine Law, your Registered Agent service fee will be waived. To be a retained client, you must have a contract with Valine Law, and that contract must be in good-standing, including the deposit and state of your entrusted funds. If you are not a retained client, you promise to pay the then-current rate for Registered Agent service.

As of January 1, 2021
The standard consultation rate is $500 per hour, billed in 1/10th increments.
The registered agent service fee is $95 per year, plus earned fees for acceptance and forward of service.
